摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定菊花中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:HPLC,Dikma Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-磷酸二氢钠缓冲液[(15.6~1 000 mL),加入磷酸使pH 2.7](20∶80),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长328nm。结果:绿原酸的检测线性范围0.2~1.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率98.78%,RSD 0.97%(n=6)。结论:方法可作为控制菊花的质量。
Objective: The method of HPLC was established for the quality control of Chrysanthemum morifolium.Method: The scopoletin was performed on a column C18 with a mobile phase of MeOH-NaH2PO3(15.6-1 000 mL,pH 2.7),flowrate was 1.0 mL·min-1,detected at 328 nm.Result: The calibration curve was linear(r=0.999 9) within the range of 0.2-1.0 mg·L-1 for chlorogenic acid.The average recovery was 98.78% and RSD is 0.97%(n=6) The method was simple and accurate.Conclusion: The method of high performance liquid chromatography can be used for the quality control of C.morifolium.
