摘要 针对农村恒压供水系统的特点,为了保证其可靠运行,减小管网的水锤效应,提出使用S7-300 PLC作为控制器,通过PROFIBUS总线交换数据信息来调节变频器运行状态,完成供水管网压力的PID闭环调节。运行结果表明,该控制方式提高了系统的可靠性,降低了电能消耗,属于比较先进的总线控制技术,可以在企业、学校、医院等场所的类似供水系统中推广应用。 According to the characteristics of rural water supply system, we put forward the use of S7-300 PLC as a controller, exchange data information via the PROFIBUS bus to modulate the frequency converter operation in order to ensure the reliable operation, reduce tube net water hammer effect. Then the PID closed-loop regulation of the water supply pipe network pressure is completed. The operation results show that the control method improves the reliability of the system, reduces power consumption, which belongs to more advanced bus control technology and can be applied in the similar water supply systems of enterprises, schools, hospitals and other places.
