企业文化对企业绩效的影响机制研究 被引量:6

摘要 企业文化对企业绩效的促进作用是毋庸置疑的,但在研究企业文化与企业绩效之间的关系时,人们往往做"暗箱"操作,这不仅不利于我们正确理解企业文化与企业绩效之间的关系,也不利于指导企业进行企业文化建设。基于此,本文详细分析和探讨了企业文化与企业绩效之间的相互关系,认为企业文化主要通过控制规范、黏合凝聚、决策导向三个作用对企业绩效产生影响,并通过数据对所提出的研究假设进行了验证,研究结论也表明所提出的研究假设符合企业文化和企业绩效之间的关系。
