聚乙二醇(PEG)引发能提高芦笋种子萌发的整齐度和发芽势,幼苗更为健壮,活力指数提高。影响引发效果的关键是引发时间的长短,与 PEG 的分子量及引发液中添加 H_2O_2与否关系不大。
PEG Priming can not only enhance the uniformity and potential of the AsParagus SeedsP germination,make the seedlings more strong,but also raise the vigor index.The key to affect the effects of the Priming is the length of the priming time,but not MW of PEG.It doesn't count whether H_2O_2 is added into the Priming water or not.Germination uniformity.
