摘要
采用一种金相和RO-XRD相结合的方法,快速、准确地测定Mo-Nb合金单晶的晶向,并对晶向品质做出精确的表征。所测Mo合金单晶,其(111)晶面衍射角的测试值与计算值基本一致,其晶向偏离角分别为0.73o和0.91o,与电子背散射衍射法测试的结果一致,晶向分散度仅为1o左右。
A method combining optical metallograph with rotating orientation X-ray diffraction was applied for the measurement and evaluation of orientation for molybdenum-niobium alloy single crystal quickly and accurately.The diffraction angle of(111) orientation plane measured by this method almost accords with the calculated value.The disorientation angles of the samples are 0.73 o and 0.91o,respectively,which are consistent with the results measured by EBSD.The degree of scatter in the preferred orientation is about 1o.
