琯溪蜜柚汁胞粒化原因分析 被引量:60

摘要 观测分析了溪蜜袖汁胞的粒化过程、症状及若于相关因素。结果表明,汁胞粒化现象在果实生长后期(9月中下旬)开始出现,与果实正常种子数的有无与多寡有关。扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,发现汁胞的粒化是从顶端开始,外表横纹的消失是重要的外表特征;粒化汁胞细胞壁加厚,纤维、半纤维增多,高尔基体增加,核体积增大。并首次观察到粒化汁胞的细胞多核仁现象。 The observation and research on the process,symptons and some related factors of juice sac granulation in pomelo cv. Guanximigou were carried out. The obtained results showed that the juice sac granulation began to occur at the later stage of fruit growth (from the middle to the end of September),which was closely related to the number of normal seeds in the fruit. The observations by SEM and TEM indicated that the granulation began on the apex of the juice sac and the disappearance of the surface horizontal stripes was the important exterior characteristics,and the thickness of cell wall,the quantity of cellulose and semi-cellulose,the number of golgiosomes and the volume phenomenon was observed in them for the first time.
