30％脂肪乳剂成功救治罗哌卡因诱发中枢神经系统毒性反应1例

摘要
患者，男性，年龄28岁，体重75kg，因右手腕部包块入院，拟在臂丛神经阻滞下行右手腕部包块切除术。既往有手术史、麻醉史及多种抗生素过敏史（具体不详）。术前心电图、肝、肾及凝血功能检查均未见异常；术前皮试：普鲁卡因阴性，先锋霉素V阳性，头孢霉素V阳性。
