临床输血不良反应的回顾性分析及预防对策

Clinical blood transfusion retrospective analysis of adverse reactions and the prevention countermeasures

目的通过对茂名市中心血站供应血液范围内的2家三甲医院和6家二甲医院临床输血不良反应的回顾性分析,探讨降低和预防输血不良反应的对策。方法分段统计8家医院临床用血及输血发生不良反应的情况,进行分类分析。结果输血不良反应以非溶血性发热反应多见,临床输注滤白血液制品后输血不良反应发生率明显降低。结论应用滤除白细胞产品能有效降低和预防输血不良反应的发生。

Objective To study how to reduce and prevent the adverse reactions in the clinical transfusion, by retrospectively analyzing the cases of the 2 AAA-class and 6 AA-class hospitals which persistently get the blood supply from Maoming blood center. Methods By making the segment statistics and classification analysis of the adverse-reaction cases in the clinical transfusion of the 8 hospitals. Results The adverse reactions in the transfusion mostly appeared as the non-hemolytic fever and the clinical white blood cell filtered-out blood producted transfusion can greatly reduces the adverse reactions. Conclusion The application of leucocyte fiber,the product could effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and the prevention of transfusion.
