壳聚糖涂膜与1-MCP结合壳聚糖处理对采后甜瓜果实品质与内源激素变化的影响 被引量:7

Effect of 1-MCP,chitosan treatment on quality and endogenous hormones of 'Yujinxiang' melon fruit during cold storage

摘要 以玉金香甜瓜(Cucumis melo L. var Yujinxiang)为试材,研究壳聚糖(CTS)涂膜或1-MCP结合壳聚糖涂膜(1-MCP+CTS)处理对低温贮藏(10 ℃,70%~80%RH)甜瓜果实品质与内源植物激素乙烯、脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)和玉米素核苷(ZR)的影响。结果表明:1-MCP+CTS与CTS处理延缓了贮藏期果实硬度下降;1-MCP+CTS涂膜处理可以有效地降低甜瓜果实乙烯释放量,延缓果实乙烯高峰的出现;CTS涂膜与1-MCP+CTS涂膜处理均显著抑制贮藏期甜瓜果实ABA含量的增加,将ABA含量的峰值推迟14 d;1-MCP+CTS涂膜处理对甜瓜贮藏期果实ZR含量没有显著影响,而CTS涂膜处理显著降低了ZR含量;1-MCP+CTS与CTS涂膜处理降低了果实IAA含量,并使其保持了低水平的IAA含量;1-MCP+CTS涂膜处理抑制了果实贮藏期GA含量的增加,CTS涂膜处理对果实贮藏期GA的含量没有显著的影响。这些结果表明,1-MCP+CTS与CTS涂膜处理抑制果实贮藏期ABA含量的增加,并使果实保持了低水平的IAA含量,可能对延缓果实衰老有一定的作用。 To improve postharvest quality of 'Yujinxiang' melon(Cucumis melo L.),effects of treatment with 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP) combined with chitosan(CTS) coating or chitosan coating storage at 10 oC,70%~80%RH were evaluated in this study.The changes of endogenous hormones were analysis,incluing ethylene,abscisic acid(ABA),indoleacetic acid(IAA),gibberellic acid(GA3) and zeatin riboside(ZR).The results showed as follows:both of CTS-coating alone and 1-MCP+CTS-coating treatments retarded the fruit soften.What is more,the treatments reduced endogenous ABA and delayed the peak of ABA levels for 14 d.Compared with control,the treatments decreased IAA and maintained IAA at low level.1-MCP+CTS-coating treatment was more effective than CTS to reduce the content of ABA.Furthermore,increases in levels of ethylene production rates and GA3 in the melon were prevented by the treatment.The level of IAA was remarkably declined by CTS-coating treatment.As a conclusion,CTS-coating or 1-MCP+CTS-coating treatments decreased the level of ABA and maintained the IAA at low level.That might be associated with delaying senescent of the postharvest melon.
