葛根芩连汤中盐酸小檗碱的定性定量分析

目的建立葛根芩连汤中盐酸小檗碱的定性定量分析方法,为从事该方的研究及其他含黄连方剂的开发提供参考。方法采用薄层色谱对新药中的黄连进行了鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法测定了葛根芩连汤中黄连的指标性成分盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果高效液相色潽法操作简单、结果准确,可以作为葛根芩连汤中盐酸小檗碱的定性定量分析方法。结论该套方法简单、结果准确,可以作为葛根芩连汤中盐酸小檗碱的定性定量分析方法,同时为其他含黄连方剂的研究提供参考。

Objective To establishment of berberine hydrochloride in gegenqinlian decoction methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,involved in the development of research and other Berberine-containing prescription provide a reference. Methods Using thin-layer chromatographic identification of eoptis chinensis on new drugs,and by high performance liquid chromalogrnphic determination of Berberine in gegenqinlian decoction of content of Berberine hydrochloride of index constituenls. Results The method was simple,accurate results could he regarded as Berberine hydrochloride in gegenqinlian decoction methods of qaalitalive and quantitative analysis. Conclusion The method was simple,accurate results can be regarded as Berberine hydroehloride in gegenqinlian decoction methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,while for other Berberine-containing prescription research with reference.
