深海明太鱼油中脂肪酸含量的测定 被引量:3

摘要 以正己烷为提取剂,采用超声法提取深海明太鱼油,经KOH-甲醇甲酯化处理后,利用气象色谱法对其脂肪酸进行分析,实现了深海明太鱼中脂肪酸的外标法定量。结果表明:深海明太鱼主要含有C14-C22的脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量占59.61%(峰面积百分比,下同),特别是具有重要生理作用的多不饱和脂肪酸,如C20:5(5,8,11,14,17-二十碳五烯酸,EPA,14.58%),C22:6(2,5,8,11,14,17-二十二碳六烯酸,DHA,10.63%)。 The contents of fatty acids in deep-sea Alaska pollack extracted out and enhanced in hexane by ultrasonic wave was esterified by KOH-CH3OH solution and was analyzed by gas chromatography(GC).According to the analysis of GC,19 fatty acids were identified,the main fatty acids in deep-sea fish oil are Cl2-C22 and 59.61%(peak area percent) of them are unsaturated fatty acids,especially polyunsaturated fatty acids which have important physiological function,such as 5,8,11,14,17-eicosapontaenoic acid(EPA,14.58%).2,5,8,11,14,17-docosahexaenoic acid(DHA,10.63%).
