某院药物不良反应报告分析

Analysis of reports of adverse drug reaction in our hospital

目的分析药物不良反应的发生特点、处理方法、临床表现和治疗,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法抽取笔者所在医院2010年度药物不良反应报告128份,借助统计学方法进行归纳和分析。结果药物不良反应涉及药品86种,其中抗感染药物30种,占药品总数34.9%,占病例总数的44.5%;中药制剂8种,占药物品种数9.3%,占病例总数的6.3%;给药途径以静脉滴注为主,占75%;常见不良反应为皮肤及其附件损伤;严重药物不良反应占6%。结论药物不良反应发生与多种因素有关,老年患者更易发生药物不良反应;加强药物不良反应监测工作有助于减少药物不良反应发生。

[Abstract] Objective To analyse the characteristics of adverse drug reaction, treatment, clinical manifestations and treatment to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods 128 cases of adverse drug reaction carried out in our hospital in 2010 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized with statistical methods. Results Adverse drug reactions related to drugs 86 species including 30 kinds of anti-infective drugs, accounting for 34.9% of the total number of drugs, accounting for 44.5% of the total cases; eight kinds of Chinese medicine, accounting for 9.3% of the number of varieties of drugs, accounting for 6.3% of the total cases; intravenous route of administration infusion, accounting for 75%; common adverse events were skin and its appendages injury;serious adverse drug reactions accounted for 6%. Conclusion Adverse drug reactions are related to multiple factors, more susceptibly in elderly patients; ADR monitoring should he attached importance in clinic to reduce adverse drug reactions eonducively.
