摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定抽油烟机中油的苯并芘含量。采用ZORBOX SB-C18色谱柱;流动相:乙腈+水=88+12;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:26℃;荧光检测器:发射波长406 nm,激发波长384 nm。测得苯并芘含量在(2.1-84)ng/mL,其线性回归方程为Area=1.1172×Amt-0.41622,相关系数r=0.99983。苯并芘回收率为89.0%-100.1%。样品经过处理后,测定抽油烟机中油的苯并芘含量为35μg/kg,严重超过国家限量标准。
This thesis developed a HPLC method for determinatio n of benzo(a)pyrene in the oil from kitchen ventilator.In this method,the analysis column is revered-phase column of C18(5 m,4.6 mm×250 mmID),the mobile phase is column.CH3CN∶H2O=88∶12,the flow is 1.0 mL/min,excitation wavelength is 384 nm,emission wavelength is 406 nm,the column temperature is 26 ℃.and the injection volume is 20 L.The limit of detection Was 0.84 g/kg.The linear plots were obtained between 2.1~84 ng/mL.Overall recoveries were betwe en 89.0%~100.1%.In the same mothed,the oil from kitchen ventilator of benzene content is 35 g/kg.and benzene content is serious than National standards.
