稻谷出糙率与整精米率检验方法探讨 被引量:4

摘要 出糙率与整精米率呈正相关,是稻谷国家标准中最重要的两项质量指标。但在实践中,这两项指标受到干扰的因素较多,是比较容易出现争议的。通过对检验方法及影响因素的分析探讨,总结出检验稻谷出糙率和整精米率应注意的事项,使检验结果更准确。即在遵循最新国家标准的前提下,结合实践,为稻谷定等提供可靠的科学依据。
