变频调速的E/f_1=C配合控制

摘要 作者对采用 E/f_1=常数 C 配合控制为什么能保证恒最大转矩调速以及对采用 E/f_1=C 配合控制为什么也是从发热观点允许的恒转矩调速方式作了数学推导论证,从而从理论上论证了采用 E/f_1=C 的配合控制能保证变频调速时电机的主磁通φ_1不变;异步机的最大转矩 M_m 不变;电机带恒转矩负载运行时过载倍数λ_m 不变;电机带额定负载运行时无论是高速还是低速都使电流不超过额定电流。 The author mathematically make an inference and demonstration to the questions whyE/f_1=Ccoordination control can keep identical maximum torque in velocity modulation and why it is also the mode of velocity modulation of identical torque which is permitted by heating viewpoint. Then the author theoretically proves that major flux of motor does not change by E/f_1=C coordination control;that maximum torque M_m of asynchronous motor does not change too;that overload multiple λ_M.does not change with identical torque load driven;however when the motor runs under rated load either in high speed or in low speed,the current does not excess the rated value.
