摘要
提出了利用3个结构相同的激光三角测量模块,结合三同步驱动技术,通过保证上、下激光三角测量模块得到的厚度数据与第3路厚度补偿数据的同步来提高精度的方法.最后,采用统计上、下界法通过随机测试数据对测量系统的收敛性进行了分析.实验结果表明,该方法能够有效提高在线厚度测量精度.
This paper proposes a method which utilizes the same three structural modules of laser triangulation measurement in combination with three-synchronous driving technology.Additionally,this method improves the measurement accuracy by ensuring synchronization between thickness-data obtained by the upper and lower laser triangulation modules and compensated thickness-data from the third one.Finally,this paper uses the method of statistical limit superior and limit inferior to analyze convergence of the measurement system through random testing data.The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the dynamic thickness measurement precision.
