城镇化是一个国家或地区文明程度的标志,我国城市的城镇化进程带有鲜明的行政推进色彩.洛阳市是一座集历史传统与现代特质于一身、极具代表性的重工业城市,作为中原城市群的副中心,城镇化对其发展的影响十分深刻.基于异速生长模型考察洛阳市区城镇化的动态演进过程,探讨影响城市发展最主要的人口和建设用地两大因素的相互关系,研究结果印证了行政导引对洛阳市区城镇化水平提高的强力拉动作用.

Urbanization is a cultural symbol for a nation or region.The urbanization process of Chinese cities bears significant administrative purpose.Luoyang is a heavy industry city,modern yet having a long history.As a center of Central Henan Urban Agglomeration,Luoyang has been profoundly impacted by the urbanization process.This paper discusses the dynamic evolution of urbanization in Luoyang with an Allometric-Growth Model,elaborating the relationship between the two influencing factors in the process of urbanization： population and built-up area.The result reveals significant powerful impetus of administrative purpose to the urbanization process of Luoyang.
