摘要
采用传统煎煮法对穿心莲中的铁、锰、铜、锌、铝、硼和锶7种微量元素进行提取,用0.45μm微孔滤膜分离提取液中的可溶态与悬浮态;用LSA-10大孔吸附树脂分离可溶态中的有机态与无机态;并用正辛醇-水分配体系在模拟人体胃肠酸度的条件下,将可溶态中各待测元素分离为醇溶态和水溶态;采用电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对元素的各种形态进行测定。结果显示:穿心莲中铁、锰、铜、锌、铝、硼和锶7种微量元素的总提取率在16.1%~83.8%,可溶态在水煎液中的比率在10.8%~92.5%,各元素的加标回收率在96.8%~105.4%;相对标准偏差(RSD)≤1.7%。
Seven microelements,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Al,B and Sr in andrographolide were extracted based on traditional analytical flowchart program and separated into water-soluble and suspension state by 0.45 μm filtering membrance;Water-soluble state was further divided into organic state and inorganic state by LSA-10 macroporous absorption resin;These elements in water-soluble test samples were divided into alcohol-soluble and water-soluble by adopting n-octanol-water allocation system in the gastric and intestine of the human body.The contents of all states were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results showed that extractive rates of the seven microelements in andrographolide were in the range of 16.1%~83.8%.The ratio of water-soluble state in aqueous solution of andrographolide was in the range of 10.8%~92.5%.The recovery ratios by standard addition were in the range of 96.8%~105.4% with relative standard deviation below 1.7%.
