摘要
本文对影响硅压阻式传感器性能的诸因素进行分析，并对圆形力敏器件的灵敏度进行了剖析，给出了部分实验数据与理论分析符合较好。
We analysis the properties of piezorsistive transducer and its influence factors and the sensitivity of the circle type sensing element, some experimental data and theory study are also worked out in this paper.
