摘要
本文对源于湖北广济的纤状海泡石矿通过用几种阳离子交换剂处理后,测定处理前后的纤状海泡石的溶血率,MDA的变化以及对人体红细胞毒性的影响,发现NH+4 ,Na+ ,K+ ,Ca2+ 处理纤状海泡石对人体红细胞毒性明显下降。
In order to evalate the hemolytic activities of fibrous sepiolite from Guangji Hubei after cation exchanging, the percentage of hemolysis and MDA were observed the cytotoxicity of human erythrocyte, The hemolytic activities would decrease significantly after K +-cation exohanging,Na +-cation exchanging and Ca 2+ - cation exchanging.So wouldNH + 4-cation exchanging.It is suggested that the hemolytic activities should be related to lipid poroxidation of fibrous sepiolite.
