Cell morphological parameters can provide measurable and objective evidence for medical diagnosis.Scan line seed fill algorithm in computer graphics is taken as a basis in this paper,and the calculation approach of morphological parameters on a cell image with complex edge is discussed in detail.Furthermore,cell morphological parameters can be calculated automatically by a developed software.
