在砖混结构围墙建设中,砖体砌筑的施工量很大,而且又为承重结构,所以加强对砖砌体在施工过程中的质量控制非常必要。但在整个建设工程中,外墙的施工工艺直接体现出一个工程质量的好坏和工人做工的精细。砖砌体由砖和砂浆组成,除应采用符合质量要求的原材料外,还必须对影响砌筑质量的主要因素:砖的浇水湿润程度,砂浆饱满度,临时间断处接槎是否牢固,组砌形式和水平灰缝厚度等进行严格的质量检查、监督和控制。

Quality control of brick masonryin process of contruction is important,for the large quantities and load-bearing structures in constructing of brick contrete structure wall.The wall construction technology directly reflects the quality of the work and the workers.To heighten the construction quality,it is necessary to inspect,supervise and control the process,and master the main factors,such as the quality of rawmaterials,brick water wetting degree,full degree ofmortar joint,and so on.
