一种单试样测定J积分阻力曲线的新方法

摘要 在单试样三曲线法及卸载柔度法基础上,提出了一种新的简便的单试样测定金属材料J积分阻力曲线及条件起裂值的方法和步骤.并用该方法测定了1Cr1/2Mo 钢、16MnR钢和WCF62 钢的J积分阻力曲线及条件起裂值,与标准的多试样法相比,误差均在工程许可范围内. Based on the method of three curves and the method of unloading compliance, a simple new method is proposed for measuring J resistence curves of metallic materials. The measurement of J resistence curves and their proof values at crack initiations were carried out using 1Cr1/2Mo,16MnR and WCF62 steels. The results of the single specimen are in agreement with those of the standard multi specimen method. The errors are within the allowable range in engineering.
