自加入WTO以来,中国一直在进出口中保持顺差。"中国制造"在世界占据的市场份额也越来越大,这导致许多国家对本土的产品进行贸易保护,使中国在国家贸易中慢慢走向被动状态,而且,国内的劳动成本也在逐年升高,"劳动密集型"产品越来越不能适应竞争日趋激烈的贸易战。
