摘要
企业信息化是国民经济信息化的基础,也是信息化带动工业化的核心内容。文章以某有色企业生产制造执行系统(MES)建设为背景,详细阐述了有色企业生产信息化项目研发建设过程中,有一定代表性及通用性的系统应用集成、系统分析设计、项目管理及技术路线等相关领域的方法、思路。该方法体系在具体项目实践中收到良好的项目建设效果,具备一定的行业参考价值及借鉴意义。
Enterprises Informationalization is not only the foundation of the national economy,but also the core of the informationization driving industrialization.In this paper,taking MES project as the background,described in detail the system application integration,systems analysis and design,project management and technology roadmap and other related areas＇ methods,ideas,which has a certain representation and versatility.The method of practice in specific projects received good results,with a certain reference value.
