摘要
在分析涡旋压缩机动涡旋盘动力特性的基础上,采用三自由度振动数学模型对其工作时的振动特性进行数学模拟,并以公式的形式明确表示出该振动系统的特性参数.为分析涡旋压缩机的气体泄漏、摩擦功率损失、噪声的产生提供了重要的理论依据.
Based on the analysis of dynamic characteristics of the orbiter in scroll compressor, mathematical simulation of vibration characteristics of the orbiter in operation is performed by employing a three freedom vibration model and the characteristic parameters of this vibration system are explicitly expressed in the form of formulae. They provide a important theoretical basis for the analysis of gas leakage, friction losses, and noise generation in the compressor.
