摘要
经0.1~0.2 mol/L过氧乙酸氧化鸭毛制得再生羽毛蛋白原液,再与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混纺丝得到再生羽毛蛋白/PVA纤维;通过正交实验分析了过氧乙酸浓度、过氧乙酸溶解温度、超声波处理时间、再生蛋白与PVA质量比4个因素对纤维性能的影响。结果表明:在过氧乙酸浓度为0.15 mol/L,过氧乙酸溶解温度为60℃,超声波处理时间为30 min,再生蛋白/PVA质量比为1:2最佳条件下,得到的再生羽毛蛋白/PVA纤维断裂强度为2.3 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为16.6%,回潮率为9.3%。
Duck feather was oxidized with 0.1 - 0.2 mol/L peracetic acid to produce a reconstituted feather protein spinning dope which was blend spun with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) into reconstituted feather protein/PVA composite fiber. The influential factors, including peracetic acid concentration and dissolution temperature, ultrasonic treatment time and reconstituted protein- and-PVA mass ratio, on the fiber properties were analyzed by orthoganol experiments. The results showed that the reconstituted feather protein/PVA composite fiber can be produced with the breaking strength 2.3 cN/dtex, elongation at break 16.6% and moisture regain 9.3% when the process conditions were optimized as followed: peracetic acid concentration of 0.15 mol/L, peracetic acid dissolution temperature 60 ℃, ultrasonic treatment time 30 min, reconstituted protein-and-PVA mass ratio 1 : 2.
