苯并二噁唑系列聚合物的合成及光电性能研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 综述了直链脂肪烷烃、直链烯烃型、稠环芳烃型、共聚物型、聚芴型及苯醚型苯并二噁唑系列聚合物的合成及其光致发光、电致发光光电性能;介绍了苯并二噁唑聚合物在光电领域的应用,苯并二噁唑系列聚合物是应用于发光二极管器件的理想材料;指出具有稠环、多环、杂环的新型苯并二噁唑系列聚合物的合成、改性及其光电性能的研究和应用将是苯并二噁唑类聚合物的研究热点。 The synthesis of polymers, including straight chain aliphatic hydrocarbons, straight chain olefin, polycyclic aromat- ics, copolymer type, polyfluorene-type and diphenyl ether-type benzobisoxazole eopolymers, was reviewed, as were their photolu- minescence and electroluminescence properties. The application of benzobisoxazole copolymers was introduced in the photoelectric field. Benzobisoxazole copolymers are a favorable choice as perfect material for light emitting diode. It was pointed out that the research of benzobisoxazole copolymers should be focused on the synthesis and modification of novel fused ring, polycyclic or heterocyclic benzobisoxazole copolymers and the research and application of their photoelectric properties.
