摘要
通过对PA 66纤维细旦中、高强纤维(断裂强度4.5~7.5 cN/dtex)开发的试验数据统计分析,利用回归分析建立PA 66高强纤维物理指标与关键工艺参数的数学关系式,从而指导进一步开发PA 66纤维产品。结果表明:建立的数学关系式符合PA 66纤维拉伸机理,应用于规格78 dtex/23 f、断裂强度6.5cN/dtex和275 dtex/68 f、断裂强度6.2 cN/dtex的PA 66纤维生产中,产品质量符合工艺要求。
Based on the statistical analysis of experimental data for developing medium-or high-strength fine-denier PA 66 fiber with the breaking strength 4.5 - 7.5 cN/dtex, the mathematical relationship between the physical index and key process parameters was established for high-strength PA 66 fiber by multiple regression analysis, which was used for guiding the further development of PA 66 products. The results showed that the mathematical relationship complied with the drawing mechanism of PA 66 fiber and the quality of the products met the processing requirements when the mathematical relationship was applied in the production of 78 dtex/23 f and 275 dtex/68 f PA66 fibers with the breaking strength of 6.5 cN/dtex and 6.2 cN/dtex, respectively.
