涤纶DTY油剂的应用性能

Performance of PET DTY finishes

分别采用国产油剂1#，2#及进口油剂3#生产83dtex／72f涤纶DTY，对3种DTY油剂的应用性能进行了比较。结果表明：1#油剂的上油性能最好；1#和3#油剂的抗静电性能优于2#油剂；1#和2#油剂的飞溅性能优于3’油剂；2#油剂有严重的刺激性气味。综合性价比，在涤纶DTY生产中，1#油剂的应用性能最优。

Home-made finishes 1# and 2# and imported finish 3# were seperately used in the production of 83 dtex/72 f PET DTY. The performance of these three kinds of finishes was compared. The results showed that finish 1 # had the best oiling performance ; finishes 1#and 3# were better than finish 2# in antistatic behavior; finishes 1# and 2# were better than finish 3# in splashing behavior; and finish 2# had intense irritant smell. Based on their performance-price ratios, finish 1# was considered to have the most excellent performance among these three kinds of finishes for PET DTY production.
