摘要
近年来关于意会知识言传化的问题已经成为知识管理领域的研究重点。基于意会知识内涵和特征的分析,文章考察了影响意会知识言传化的一些障碍因素,并试图探求意会知识言传化的几种可能路径。
Since knowledge has been considered as a core resource of economic organization, the explicitness of tacit knowledge is becoming a hot issue. Based on analyzing the content and characteristics of tacit knowledge, this paper reviews the restrictions of explicitness of tacit knowledge in order to search approach selection issues for the efficient explicitness.
