Study on chemical constituents of Scutelliaria regeliana

摘要 目的:研究狭叶黄芩根部乙酸乙酯提取物的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、HPLC等分离操作进行分离,通过理化性质以及波谱特征鉴定结构。结果:从狭叶黄芩乙酸乙酯提取物中分离鉴定了23个化合物的结构。结论:化合物1为新化合物,命名为黄芩黄酮醇,其余均为首次从狭叶黄芩中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents in ethyl acetate fraction from the root of Scutelliaria regeliana. Method: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analyses. Result: 23 compounds were isolated and identified. Conclusion: Compound 1 is new, named as scutellariae flavonol, and the others were isolated from S. regeliana for the first time.
