中国结核病激励政策评价方法研究

Study on assessment methods of TB incentive policy in China

2002年起,我国陆续实施了针对结核病防治人员和结核病患者的多项激励政策。文章通过文献查阅和实地调研的方法,梳理了结核病激励政策评价的指标、角度、方法和程序,进而提出了针对不同类别激励政策的适宜评价方法,为政府科学决策提供了依据。

Since 2002, China has gradually launched a number of incentive policies targeting TB control personnel and TB patients. By consulting literature and field research, the article summarized the measurements, methods and procedures of TB in- centive policy assessment, and put forward appropriate assessment methods for different kinds of incentive policies that provide reference for government＇s decision making.
