比色测定的结果处理方法探讨

比色分析现行的结果处理方法，或者由于药品批次不同，仪器的型号和台次不同，环境改变等因素引起的系统误差未能很好消除，或者由于标准试管使用太少，操作人员不同而引起的偶然误差较大，这些因素都导致比色结果不够准确。本文提出的过原点的直线回归处理方法。

The popular dispose of the result in colorimetric analysis cann't dispels well the systematic error resulting from different batch chemical reagents,different type of equipment,different environment factor and so on.The accidental error resulting from different operation staff and from using less standard tubes cann't be dispelled.The author puts forward the rectilinear regression of passing origin of coordinates is an effective and reasonable method of result dispose in colorimetric analysis.
