摘要
首先对啤酒发酵过程的特点进行了研究 ,建立了啤酒发酵过程的近似数学模型 ,发现啤酒发酵过程具有时变性 ,无自衡性和纯滞后的特点。根据此特点 ,本文提出了一种行之有效的控制方案。实践证明 ,本文提出的控制方法具有较好的控制效果 ,完全满足了控制系统提出的控制要求。
This paper,associating with the sub contract“Temperature Liquid Level Inspection and Control System Designing in Beer Fermentation”of the “100,000 ton Beer Facility Expansion Project”of ChangBai Mountain Beer Factory of Jilin Province,researches on the issue of temperature inspection and control in the process of beer fermentation.The paper firstly makes an investigation into the features of beer fermentation process and establishes an approach mathematical model of beer fermentation process.It is found that the fermentation process is time varying,non self balancing and pure time lagging.For such a system,the author proposes an effective control scheme.Practice of the control method proposed in this paper has shown positive results and proven to be satisfactory for requirements set forth by the control system.
