摘要 血甘油三酯浓度升高与冠心病的关系长期以来备受争议。明确甘油三酯与冠心病之间关系及其致病机制,已成为目前关注的热点。本文主要从流行病学及病理生理学角度对有关甘油三酯与冠心病关系及其致病机制的国内外最新研究进展进行综述和归纳,以进一步明确甘油三酯在心血管疾病风险评估中的价值。 A long-standing association exists between elevated triglyceride levels and coronary heart disease(CHD).However,the extent to which triglycerides directly promote CHD or represent an independent factor of risk has been debated for decades. This paper aims to review the latest advances in the relationship between triglycerides and coronary heart disease from the aspects of pathophysiology and epidemiology,so as to clarify the role triglycerides play in atherogenicity and CHD.
