摘要
通过文献分析和比较研究,从宏观理论、能力标准、能力开发、绩效评价等角度梳理了国内外远程教育人力资源管理的主要成果,对国内研究中凸显的“两少两弱”现象进行了总结,分析了问题的成因,并提出了加大非教师群体研究、重视方法框架构建以及重视应用研究等改进策略。
With literature analysis and comparison method, the paper reviews major research at home and abroad on human resources management in distance education from four aspects: theory framework, ability standard, ability development and performance evaluation. It also summarizes the conspicuous phenomenon of two shortages and two weaknesses of the present research in China, analyzes the causes, and puts forward three suggestions to improve the research: strengthening non-teachers ' research and attaching importance to methodology framework construction and applied research.
