摘要
根据耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学特点，结合实践介绍了建立网络化多媒体教学资源库并将其应用于临床教学的做法，指出该资源库可以丰富教学内容、活跃教学气氛，有效提高教学质量。
Based on the characteristics of otolaryngology-head ＆ neck surgery teaching and combining with our practice, this paper introduces how to construct a network-based multimedia teaching resources bank and apply it in clinical teaching. This resources bank can enrich teaching contents, liven teaching atmosphere, and effectively upgrade teaching quality.
