The message exchange of communication network must keep agreement.The so call agree ment is the rule which must be kept in the message exchange and the form of mesoage must be unified.IEEE802 of ISO made by IEEE is the local network standard.This paper introduces the origin and joint efforts of the IEEE802 protocds and how to use them.
