摘要 未来人才综合能力的培养取决于高校教师教学、科研能力的高低, 因此教师综合素养的提高与考核就成为迎接知识经济挑战成败的关键。教师的教学有教有字之书与教无字之书之分, 教师的育人也有内涵的不同, 因而考察合格的教师必须有硬性的标准, 即以科学的方法论和自主思维能力为培养目标的教学水平, 以高中标率和纵深发展立项的独立的科研能力。这是教师实现自身现代化, 走向世界, Training for the comprehensive ability of future personnel depends on whether teachers teaching in colleges and universities and scientific research ability is high or low.To raise teachers general attainment and check it consequently become the key to success or failure as we meet a challenge to the knowledge economy.There is difference in teachers teaching method.Some teach according to the books.Others do without them.Thus,to check qualified teachers we must set rigid standard,such as,teaching level of taking scientific methodology and independent thinking ability as the training goal,independent scientific research ability of hitting bids highly and developing projects in depth.Teachers have to realize the modernization of themselves and head for the world and grasp the future.This is where teachers foundation lies.
