摘要
基于PLC的直流电动机软启动器采用开环PWM控制方法,减小了直流电动机启动时的冲击电流,实现了平滑软启动。详细介绍了直流电动机软启动器主电路和控制电路的设计方法,最后给出了实验结果。
The DC motor Soft-starter based on PLC use open-loop PWM control to reduce impulse current when DC motor starting and achieve a smooth soft start. The design scheme of main circuit and control circuit is explained. Finally, the experiment result is given.
