东北春麦区小麦生产品种和后备品系抗秆锈性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了解当前东北春麦区小麦生产品种和后备品系对中国小麦秆锈菌生理小种21C3CTH、21C3CFH和34MKG的抗性水平,于2006-2010年对来自辽宁、吉林、黑龙江和内蒙古的68份小麦品种和947份后备品系进行了苗期和/或成株期抗秆锈病鉴定。结果表明,有48份小麦生产品种和877份后备品系对秆锈病表现抗性,占供试材料的70.56%和92.61%,这说明东北春麦区小麦生产品种和后备品系对小麦秆锈病的抗性普遍较强,但仍存在部分感病品种和感病后备品系,秆锈病发生与流行的威胁依然存在。 68 wheat cultivars and 947 wheat lines from Northeast spring wheat area(including Liaoning,Jilin,Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia) had been identified for their resistances to all three experimental races 21C3CTH,21C3CFH and 34MKG of stem rust at seedling and/or adult stage during 2006-2010.The result indicated that 48 wheat cultivars and 877 wheat lines were resistant to stem rust,which accounted for 70.56% and 92.61% of all tested materials,respectively.It was concluded the wheat cultivars and wheat lines in Northeast spring area with good resistance to stem rust,but there were a number of susceptible wheat cultivars and lines,so the threat to the prevailing of stem rust still existed.
