麻栎壳斗染料在羊毛染色中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 本文研究了提取自麻栎壳斗的植物染料(麻栎染料)的耐酸、碱稳定性,染浴pH值及铝、铁离子等环保型媒染剂对其染毛织物效果的影响,并且探究了其染色动力学。研究表明,麻栎染料在强酸性染浴(pH=3)中对羊毛织物直接性好,染色后毛织物得棕色,也可采用铝离子、铁离子对直接染色后的毛织物进行后媒染,以得到不同色相的毛织物,尤其是铁后媒染,可使棕色毛织物变为浅黑色;在染色温度100℃、染色时间250 min后,麻栎染料染色毛织物达到平衡。 In this paper,the following aspects of the vegetable dye extracted from the eupule of Quercus acutissima Carr were investigated:( 1 ) the stability to acid and alkali; (2) the effects of the pH value in dye bath and the after-mordanring with aluminum and iron ( Ⅱ) to the dyeing properties on wool fabrics ; and ( 3 ) the kinetics during the dyeing processes on wool fabrics. The results suggested that: ( 1 ) the vegetable dye extracted from the eupule of Q. acutissima exhibited good dyeing properties to wool fabrics in strong acid dye bath ( pH = 3 ) and it earl dye wool fabric by using direct dyeing method; (2) the after-mordanting method with iron ( Ⅱ) was also available and it changed the color of the dyed wool fabrics from brown to pale black; and ( 3 ) the dyeing process on wool fabric got to a balance after keeping the dyeing process for 250 rain at the temperature of 100℃.
