摘要
非线性和频转换技术,可以使可用激光波长数目获得成倍的增加,并为激光应用领域提供更多的实用性强的激光波长。论文分析了和频激光器谐振腔内双波长振荡的产生及最佳非线性转换效率的条件,重点介绍了黄光、蓝光波段全固态和频激光器的研究现状,对其实验方案进行了分析和比较。其次,简单介绍了紫外波段全固态和频激光器的研究现状及实现方法。最后指出了全固态和频激光器的未来发展趋势。
Nonlinear sum-frequency technology increases the number of laser wavelengths and provides many new and useful laser for many application fields.In this paper,generation of intra-cavity dual-wavelength and the optimum condition of sum-frequency conversion efficiency lasers are analyzed,especially the current research status of All-Solid-State yellow and blue lasers are introduced.Nonlinear-optical methods of sum-frequency mixing yellow lasers and blue lasers were compared.Then the research situation and the ways of Sum-frequency ultraviolet lasers are presented simply.Finally,the developing tendency of All-Solid-State sum-frequency lasers in future is pointed out.
