摘要
在全息技术校正望远镜主镜像差原理的基础上,采用平行光记录和平行光再现的方法,建立了口径200mm玻璃基底球面反射镜像差校正的实验装置,进行全息校正实验研究。通过测量像差校正前反射镜面形误差、记录校正后再现参考光束与原参考光束干涉图、比较像差校正前后光学系统焦点尺寸大小以及分辨率板成像结果,实验验证了全息技术校正望远镜主镜像差的方法和技术的可行性。
Based on the principle of holography,an experimental system for the holographic correction of a glass spherical primary mirror with a low optical quality in 200mm-aperture was set up.An image hologram of the aberrated mirror was recorded and reconstructed by the same wavelength as recording from a distant object.By testing the surface error: before correction of the mirror and the interferogram of the reconstructed reference beam and the original reference beam after correction,comparing the size of the optical system's focal spot and the images of a resolution test chart through the optical imaging system before and after correction.The experimental results have validated the feasibility of holographic technology for the aberration correction of the primary mirror of a telescope.
