摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)分级及其多焦视网膜电图P1波异常改变。方法:糖尿病眼OCT扫描后进行DME分级,后行多焦视网膜电图(mfERG)检测,分析一阶反应P1波振幅密度和潜伏期随DME进展的变化关系。结果:DME早期已有P1波振幅密度的降低(P<0.05),随后出现潜伏期延长(P<0.05)。结论:随DME进展P1波振幅密度降低和潜伏期延长,且振幅密度的改变更敏感。
Purpose:The aim of this prospective study was to investigate the abnormal changes in multifocal electroretinogram P1-wave using different diabetic macula edema(DME) scales.Methods:Diabetic eyes were divided into different DME scales after OCT scanning and the multifocal electroretinogram(mfERG) examinations were carried out subsequently.The relationship between the changes in the first-order kernel of mfERG P 1-wave latency period and response density and the diabetic macular edema scores was estimated.Results:The amplitude density showed decline firstly(P0.05);the latency period expressed extension subsequently(P0.05).Conclusions:With the progress of DME,the PI-wave amplitude density showed drecreasing and latency period became extension,and the changing of amplitude density represents more sensitively.
