摘要
目的:观察电针"三阴交"对急性胃溃疡家兔胃黏膜及6-Keto-PGF lalpha的影响并就其影响机制进行探讨。方法:无水乙醇灌胃,造成家兔急性胃黏膜损伤模型。按照随机数字法将家兔分为空白对照组,模型组,电针组(造模结束后30min电针双侧"三阴交"穴15 min),每组8只。采用非平衡法测定血液中6-Keto-PGF lalpha的含量,Guth计分法对胃黏膜损伤指数进行测定。经过组织切片后HE染色直接观测家兔胃黏膜的组织学改变。结果:与空白组比较,胃溃疡模型组6-Keto-PGF lalpha含量明显降低(p<0.05),胃黏膜损伤指数显著升高(p<0.05),HE染色图组可直接观测到溃疡处组织胃粘膜损伤明显,累及深层固有腺体有明显的出血和充血改变,粘膜表层大面积剥脱:与模型组比较,电针组家兔6-Keto-PGF lalpha含量明显升高(p<0.01),胃黏膜损伤指数显著降低(p<0.01),HE染色图组可直接观测到溃疡处胃粘膜损伤较小,仅累及浅层,有较明显的充血,出血点较少见,粘膜有小范围剥脱。结论:电针"三阴交"穴可以升高胃溃疡型家兔血液中的6-Keto-PGFlalpha含量,降低胃黏膜损伤指数,病理切片示电针组的组织充血,损伤较溃疡组明显减轻。这可能是电针"三阴交"穴在急性胃溃疡时对胃黏膜的保护机制之一。
Objective:To survey the protective action of electro acupuncture on San-yin-jiao(sP6) in acute gastric ulcer rabbits and declare it underline mechanizes.Methods:A total of 24 adult rabbits wcrc random zed into normal group,model group and electro-acupuncture group according to a random number table,with 8 rabbits in each group.Acute gastric ulcer model was established by perfusion the alcohol directly into the rabbit's stomach.6-Keto-PGF lalpha contents in the blood were detected by imbalance method,the damage index of gastric mucosa was measured by Guth method,and the HE staining shows the indirectly changes of the tissues.Results:In comparison with the control group 6-Keto-PGF lalpha content in the blood was decreased significantly in the model group(p0.05),while the damage index of gastric mucosa and the hyperemia in ulcer were increased significantly(p0.05),respectively in the model group.In comparison with the model group,6-Keto-PGF lalpha content in the electro-acupuncture group was increased significantly(p0.01),while the damage index of gastric mucosa and the blutene chloaide in ulcer were decreased significantly(p0.01) Conclusion: Electro-acupuncture on san-yin-jiao(SP 6) can increase the 6-Keto-PGF 1alpha'blood level in acute gastric ulcer rabbit,and decrease the damage index of gastric mucosa and the blutene chloaide in ulcer.Taken all together,these may contributed to the protective effect which occurring in the gastric mucose when an astute gastric ulcer happened.
