阴道超声诊断子宫内膜癌56例临床分析

Clinical analysis of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of 56 cases of endometrial cancer

目的:分析阴道超声检查在临床诊断子宫内膜癌的作用。方法:对56例术前经历阴道超声检查且术后证实为子宫内膜癌的患者进行病理学分析对比。结果:56例子宫内膜癌患者术前超声诊断与术后病理分析结果符合者43例,符合率为76.79%。结论:阴道超声诊断具有可操作性强、简单便捷、可重复无损伤的优点,在临床诊断子宫内膜癌的过程中具有重要的参考价值。

Objective To analyze the role of transvaginal ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of endometrial cancer.Method Total 56 cases underwent preoperative and postoperative vaginal ultrasound confirmed endometrial cancer,the patients with pathologic analysis and comparison.Results The 56 cases of endometrial cancer patients,preoperative ultrasound diagnosis with postoperative pathologic analysis,43 cases in line,the rate was 76.79%.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis with the advantages of operable,simple and convenient,the benefits can be repeated without damage,has important reference value in the clinical diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
