摘要 对于微小零件的尺寸检测 ,传统方法是通过工具显微镜观察放大图像进行手工测量 ,它的缺点是精度不足、稳定性差、效率低。因此本文提出在工具显微镜上采用“图像处理与分析”方法 ,这种方法不仅可以检测微小零件的尺寸精度 ,还可以检测其形位误差。文中对检测过程中的测量精度、稳定性和效率进行了分析和论证 ,并通过与传统方法的比较验证了“图像处理与分析”方法的新颖性。 On checking the measurement of mini parts,the traditional one is when the image is enlarged through the tool microscope the measure is done by hand.Its shortcoming is short of precision,poor in stability and low in efficenty.So the article suggests that the image processing and analysis method should be used on the tool microscope.Not only can this method check the measuring accuracy of microcomponents,but it also can check its form and position deviation.The paper has made an analysis and assessment upon the measuring accuracy,stability and efficiency on which the system of the mini part image processing and analysis makes a check and by comparing it with the traditional one,novelty,advance and ptactice of the image processing and analysis method have been proven.
