摘要
目的:探讨中药内服外敷治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法:将16例不同分期的压疮患者分别用不同内服外敷法对症治疗。结果:13例全部治愈,并未发生不良反应。结论:中药内服外敷法提高了慢性压疮患者的治疗效果,缩短了愈合时间,既经济又实惠,使患者及其家属容易接受采纳。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of internal and external treatment and dialectical nursing method of Chinese medicine for pressure sore.Method Sixteen cases with different stages of pressure sore were treated with different internal and external treatments.Results Thirteen cases were all cured,without side effects,3 cases died.Conclusion The internal and external treatment can improve the treating effectiveness and shorten healing time.It is an economical and practical method,so patients and their family members can accept it easily.
